How To Redeem Voucher Code
Unsure how to redeem your voucher code? Follow this step-by-step guide to ensure you can enjoy your benefits without a hitch.
1. Check your Transaction
After you have completed the transaction, please click on 'My Transaction' located in the navigation menu. The 'My Transaction' page will display your transaction data, as shown in the image beside this
2. Copy Code
Next, you can click the 'See Voucher Code' button to view your voucher code via a pop-up message. You can either enter the voucher code manually or click 'Copy' to copy the code.
3. Visit Your Profile
Open the STARCADE game on your smartphone. In the lobby, click on your profile picture located in the top right corner. Then, click on the 'Redeem Voucher' option on the left.
4. Click Redeem Voucher Menu
In the 'Redeem Voucher' menu, you can either enter the voucher code manually or click 'Paste' to automatically paste the code.
5. Done!
Lastly, click the 'Redeem' button located below the voucher code input area. The voucher code has been successfully redeemed.
